02 Hosting and access data
Website hosting is provided by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Inhaber: René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. We have a data-processing agreement with the provider covering processing on our behalf.
Delivering a page involves processing your IP address and technical request data. This is necessary to provide the website and operate the hosting service. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, reflecting our legitimate interest in operating a reliable and secure website.
Access-log files and log-based usage statistics are disabled in our hosting account. We do not use the hosting provider’s access-log statistics to analyse website visits.
The hosting provider also keeps separate administrative security logs, including full IP addresses, to detect and prevent cyberattacks. According to the provider, these records are deleted no later than seven days after collection. We do not have access to these security logs.
Provider information: ALL-INKL privacy information.
03 Contacting MONO
If you contact us, we process the contact details, message and attachments you provide to respond to your enquiry. For general enquiries, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in handling correspondence. Where an enquiry concerns entering into or performing a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies.
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to resolve the enquiry and fulfil applicable legal retention duties or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Providing these details is voluntary, but we may not be able to reply without sufficient contact information.
If you contact us through Instagram or Discord, the platform also processes data under its own terms and privacy notice.
04 Statistics and browser storage
The necessary mono_consent cookie remembers your preference for up to 180 days. It stores the preference version, statistics choice, expiry and, after agreement, a random reference tying that decision to the server-side consent record.
The legal basis for optional statistics is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Storing and accessing the optional statistics cookie is based on your consent under Section 25(1) TDDDG. Declining statistics does not prevent you from using the website.
Optional first-party statistics run only after you agree. The server creates a random mono_visitor browser cookie, inaccessible to page scripts, for the remaining consent period, at most 180 days. We store a hash of that identifier, page names, event times and fixed categories for partner, shop, social and contact links. We do not store IP addresses, browser fingerprints, full referring URLs, query strings, message contents or purchase information in the statistics database. Technical processing by the hosting provider is separate, as explained above.
Events remain available for 90 days. A daily deletion task removes older records, so physical deletion may take up to one additional day. Consent records contain the decision reference, policy version and grant, expiry or withdrawal times; they are retained for 90 days after expiry or withdrawal, with daily deletion. Statistics are processed on our hosting account, with access restricted to authorised management.
Reports count distinct browser identifiers across the chosen period. Repeat clicks on the same partner, including different placements, count as one unique clicking browser. Multiple devices, deleted cookies or renewed consent can represent the same person more than once. Visitors who decline are not included. Link clicks do not establish sales.
You can withdraw at any time using PRIVACY PREFERENCES above. Collection stops in the browser immediately and the server invalidates the identifier when the withdrawal request reaches it. If the connection fails, the browser continues to block collection; the server also checks the current preference on each request. Events already accepted before withdrawal remain subject to the retention period. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
There is no cross-site advertising profile or automated decision-making based on these statistics.
05 Media and external links
Website fonts, photographs and jersey images are delivered with the website. The fonts do not require a connection from your browser to Google Fonts.
Driver LIVE indicators use publicly available Twitch channel status. Our server requests this status from the Twitch API and temporarily caches it. Your browser retrieves the result from our website; loading this indicator does not connect your browser directly to Twitch. Opening a Twitch link takes you to Twitch under its own privacy notice.
Our social-media icons, partner links and Raven shop link take you to external websites. They are ordinary links, not embedded social feeds or checkout services. The destination provider receives technical connection data when you open its website and may process further data under its own privacy notice, including outside the European Economic Area.
Some partner links include a MONO affiliate reference. Following such a link tells the destination provider that you arrived through our referral and may allow purchases to be attributed to MONO. Tracking or storage performed on that provider’s website is governed by its own notice and consent controls. Jersey orders and payments are handled through Raven, not through this website.
06 Your rights
Subject to the relevant legal conditions, you may request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it for the future.
Right to object: where we rely on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. If personal data is processed for direct marketing, you may object to that processing at any time.
Contact info@mono-competition.com to exercise your rights.
You may also complain to a data-protection supervisory authority, including the authority in your place of residence or work. Our local authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg.
07 Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when the website’s processing changes, including before activating optional statistics or adding services that process additional personal data.
